Site Sensitivities: Green Belt

Consent was granted for the enlargement of an already largely extended existing dwelling and annexe in the green belt of North Yorkshire.

Subsequent approvals were granted for a complete replacement dwelling, annexe, outbuilding, landscaping and new access with driveway.

The new SIPS property commands the panoramic views enjoyed by its predecessor but with a highly thermally efficient building fabric that is dressed in the traditional materials of stone and slate.
