Shaw & Jagger has received ‘outstanding’ accreditation on 14 occasions from nationally recognised independent design review panels in relation to projects proposed within sensitive sites such as the countryside, Green Belt, National Landscapes (AONB), SSSIs, conservation areas, World Heritage Sites or as a combination of these.
This also includes several National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) policy HO11 planning consents (and its precursor NPPF paragraph ID’s for isolated homes in the countryside), including 5 approved at Local Authority level. HO11 seeks a house design of “exceptional quality” in that it “is truly outstanding” and would “significantly enhance its immediate setting, and be sensitive to the defining characteristics of the local area.”
